Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, Traveler Cheques and Cash. A valid credit card and a government issued photo ID must be presented at our front desk at the time of check in. Minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years

Reservations:

To confirm a reservation of 1 or 2 nights, it must be PRE-PAID IN FULL. To confirm a reservation of 3 or more nights, a TWO night stay deposit plus tax is required.  The remaining balance is due at check in time. Some promotional rates may require other payment conditions

Cancellations:

These policy does not apply to Online Bookings nor Promotional Rates. For a refund of the deposit, MINUS A CANCELLATION FEE EQUIVALENT TO ONE NIGHT STAY PLUS TAX PER ROOM OR SUITE, all cancellations must be received by us at least 7 days before the Guest's scheduled check in time.  After that date, or if Guest does not show up, no deposit will be returned.  No refund granted in the event of an early departure. At our whole discretion, we may grant a refund in cancellations or early departures due to acts of God, as determined by proper authorities

ONLINE BOOKINGS & PROMOTIONAL RATES HAVE THEIR OWN SETS OF RULES

Other important information about your stay at Oceana,
that you should know:

In the event that an act of God (as defined by proper authorities) impacts Oceana at any time during a guest's stay, interrupting commodities such as power and/or water, Oceana will waive all cancellation or early departure fees.
If guests are forced to extend their stay at Oceana due to an act of God (as defined by proper authorities), will receive a 20% off the extra nights, (subject to availability)
